5 TIPS ON HOW TO GET MOTIVATED TO WORKOUT

HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED TO WORKOUT - SHELBY BELL - DEMI BANG Photographer: Shelby Bell

Need some tips on how to get motivated to workout? Going to the gym is hard. I get it. I used to workout all the time when I was doing cheer in high school. When I started attending college, everything changed. I stopped going to the gym. I wasn’t really gaining weight or anything. I did notice I was getting weaker and once I turned 21, I started going to the bars every weekend for a month. I definitely noticed the loss of definition in my abs. Fast forward to two months later, I started going to the gym regularly and have been eating clean.

I remember I was looking in the mirror in my bathroom, and I lifted up my shirt to flex my abs and it looked absolutely the same. No definition in my abs. This was a pivotal moment because I was like, I have to change my drinking and workout habits. Since then, I rarely rarely rarely ever drink.

Here are some tips on how to get motivated to workout!

1. Ask Yourself Why

Ask yourself why you want to start working out. Is it because you want to look better? Is it because you want to be healthier? Is it because you recently broke up with your significant other and trying to get a hot bod to get back at them? Whatever the case may be, just make sure you’re doing it for yourself. It’s important to find motivation within because if you’re using an outside source to fuel your motivation, sooner or later, the candle is gonna burn out. (Does that make sense? I swear there’s a better quote/explanation about this but I can’t seem to find it!)

2. Have a Gym Buddy

In the beginning of me working out regularly, I would always go with a friend. The first time I went to the gym, I did leg day and I went with one of my friends so he can spot me. It’s fun when you have a gym buddy and don’t lie, we’re all competitive and lowkey trying to show each other off. Even though my gym buddies are usually guys, I still want to show off that I’m pretty strong (even though the weights I’m using are usually half of what they’re using haha)

3. Track Your Progress

This is so crucial for me. I have a journal where I write down what I do every time at the gym and I would put notes. For example, it would be something like:

  • 65lbs Back Squat 1×10
  • 100lbs Back Squat 3×8
  • 120lbs Back Squat 1×3 (Bailing on 4th)

So by the time I do leg day again if I did more than 3 reps of the 120lbs, I know that I’m getting stronger and that itself fuels my energy and I get so pumped!

4. Have Goals

This goes along with tracking your progress. For me, I had a goal of hitting the “100 Club” for my back squats by Christmas, I ended up hitting that goal in EARLY November! Now my next goal is to hit the “200 Club” by Valentine’s Day and the “100 Club” by Christmas bench pressing. Having small and steady goals is key in my opinion.

5. Workout Clothes

I don’t know about you guys, but my boyfriend LOVES workout clothes, especially Lululemon. He’s always constantly buying new workout clothes and his excuse is that it gets him motivated to workout. For me, due to how expensive athletic wear usually is, it takes me a while to rip off the tags because I always feel like I need to wait a week or two to really want to keep the item. Because who knows, what if something happens and I’m financially in trouble! Returning those Lululemon leggings might save the day! Haha…

6. Inspiration

I love following fitness people on social media for inspiration. I love watching clips of workout videos and my “saved” collection on Instagram is filled with them. Some of my favorite includes Ashley Flores and Whitney Simmons.

JANUARY RECAP

This year, I want to start implementing something new. I’m going to be writing a monthly recap focusing on myself and other things I’d like to add in. I don’t know how well this is going to turn out but we will see. Hopefully, I’ll be able to write something I learn every month. January was a very weird month for me. There were some downs, but mostly ups.

Highlights
  • One of my friends, Jasmine, gave me a coffee maker, it’s super cute.
  • Another friend of mine, who is a barista at Starbucks, gave me a venti cup full of COFFEE grinds.
  • My friend, Valerie, stayed up with me until 2 am practicing my pageant questions with me, which I am forever grateful for.
  • I almost killed (not really) my boyfriend/ex-boyfriend. Confusing, I know, but it’s all resolved now.
  • Got my first hair blowout and it was one of the most relaxing experience ever!
  • Took an OrangeTheory class (not for me).
  • Met some pretty cool new people. (Psst. I’m talking about you, Shelby Bell and Alex Reyes!)

January Recap Febuary Goals - Alex Reyes - Demi Bang

Alone vs. Lonely

A couple of weeks ago, one of my coworkers asked me what I had plans for after work. I told her that I was going to a local coffee shop to listen in for open mic night. She then asked me if I was going with anyone and I told her no, I was going by myself. Her first reaction was “What?! That’s so lonely!” Going to open mic is one of my favorite things to do. Most of the time I’m by myself and I find it relaxing because I don’t have to worry if the person I’m with enjoys it or not. For example, if you had read my Art of Ice Cream Experience, you would know that we didn’t spend as much time in the exhibit as I would like. Simply because I knew my then-boyfriend wasn’t really having the best time.

My coworker’s client had said that it’s not lonely at all and I have an old soul. There’s a difference between being lonely and being alone, the client said. Being lonely is the need for someone. Being alone is a choice. I recently read the poetry book, Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur, which I HIGHLY recommend if you haven’t already. It’s free on the Kindle app if you have Amazon Prime. One of the quotes that stood out to me is: “Loneliness is a sign you are in desperate need of yourself.” It’s true on so many levels that I don’t even know where to begin.

Attachment Theory

Another thing that I learned and found incredibly interesting is Attachment Theories. To sum it up, there are three main types of theory: secure, anxious, and avoidance. Basically, 60% of people are in the “secure attachment.” This means you’re perfectly independent and balanced but when you’re feeling depressed or low, you lean on someone. Avoidance theory means that you don’t depend on anyone – at all. This isn’t the best since it’s humanly impossible and you’re always closing everyone out.

There’s anxious theory, which means that you’re always wanting to attach yourself to someone or have someone attach to you. You’re constantly wanting to be with them and you feel lost without them. This was me. I was the prime example of anxious theory and I believe this is one of the reasons why my boyfriend and I broke up. While I don’t want to go too much into detail with this since it’s pretty personal, I found myself thinking “okay, what am I suppose to do?” whenever he had plans to go out with his friends. I would constantly think “if he loved me, he would have spent time with me.” I always needed reassurance from my partner and needed him to constantly tell me that he loved me – even though he showed it in his actions.

Once I recognized these theories, I took a stepped back and realize, “Wow. I really needed to change myself and the way I think.” Acknowledging these theories and understanding where I stood was a huge factor in my self-growth and self-love. Feel free to read more about Attachment Theories here.

ROSES THAT LAST FOREVER

Noble Roses - Valentine's Day - Demi Bang

Noble Roses

Last week I received these beautiful arrangements from Noble Roses. You probably have already seen these roses gift box all over social media, but these roses are curated to last forever… Okay, well not forever-forever. Forever is a really strong word. Haha, nonetheless, these roses from Noble Roses are supposed to last for 3 years, which explains why they’re a bit on the pricier side.

They are so gorgeous and elegant. To be honest, I’ve always felt that flowers aren’t really my thing. I personally wouldn’t want to receive roses for Valentine’s day simply because I feel like they barely even last a week. It’s such a waste of money if you ask me. My mom, on the other hand, loves flowers and roses. So this would be the ideal gift for her. Not only are they beautiful but they last for several years.

This is perfect if you don’t know what to get for your significant other for Valentine’s Day. Also, it’s not too soon to start thinking about Mother’s Day! Mother’s Day seems like a long time until then, but before you know it, it’s going to be May.

Finally, what’s really cool about Noble Roses is that you can customize the arrangement! They have a handful of different boxes to choose from: 2 sizes (small and large), 2 shapes (round or square), and 4 colors (black, white, burgundy, or pink). You can do all the same color or even a pattern of two colors. The possible choices with this company are endless!

Noble Roses - Valentine's Day - Demi Bang

One last thing I would like to mention, Noble Roses is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Yay for supporting local businesses! So if you need the roses ASAP, you can definitely coordinate a time to pick them up instead of having them ship it!

Check out their website and Instagram to see more of their arrangement.

Ellie Activewear – January

I am back again with another Ellie monthly box review. If you didn’t already know from my previous Ellie blog post for December, Ellie is a monthly subscription service that delivers you… You guessed it! Activewear! Huge fan of working out, so obviously I’m obsessed with this company. Ellie has two package service: $39.95 for 3 items and $49.95 for 5 items. These items include a sports bra, top, and a pair of leggings. Then the upgraded version includes two accessories.

I also did an unboxing YouTube video if you’re interested in watching that.

Matte Graphic Tank

This month’s top is a white tank top. It’s light, flowy, and airy, and I love the gradient print on the word “FIT”. Such a cute top and it totally screams out to everyone that you’re fit! Haha.

Get fit and fierce in the New Year sporting our Matte Graphic tank. It’s everything you need in a go-to workout top, crafted from lightweight cotton and completed with a slim racer back and shirttail hem.

Lea Seamless Sports Bra

These strappy designs are so cute! One thing I don’t think is that the part where it lays on my shoulders are a little bit too tight so it feels uncomfortable. I wish I had gotten a bigger size for the sports bra so the straps aren’t constantly rubbing on my shoulder. Other than that, I love the vertical strips on the bottom of this sports bra and they have removable cups. Yay!

Cool strappy back details and contrast stripes at the underband gives our Lea Seamless sports bra a contemporary edge without sacrificing comfort and support. It’s the perfect addition to your 2018 workout wardrobe.

Tummy Control Laced Ankle Legging

Majority of my leggings is either a solid color or color blocked. This strappy design goes perfectly with the sports bra. To be honest, I don’t see myself wearing these leggings as much as I’m not a really big fan of the straps. It just looks off to me. I would wear this to the gym of course, but probably not for leisure or for going out. Is that weird? The white part of the leggings is mesh. Also, another pro about these leggings is the pocket! Last month, I talked about how there weren’t any pockets, but this month’s legging has one pocket in the back. It’s small enough for a credit card size but not big enough for my phone.

Our Tummy Control Laced Ankle Legging is made of performance fabric with a coolmax gusset liner that will keep you looking good throughout your toughest workouts. Additional features include side crisscross details, power mesh insets and slimming seam lines.

Two Accessories

This month, the two accessories I received were a 3-pack performance loops and a GRLPWER pouch. I definitely see myself using the performance loops a lot. In fact, it was one of those things where I’ve been wanting for a while now so this was perfect! I will be using this at home when I can’t go to the gym or I’ll add it to my workout to increase difficulty.

Definitely, love the black-and-white color scheme of this month’s box. Thank you to the team at Ellie for sending me this month’s box and I am seriously grateful for them. 10/10 will always recommend!

ART OF ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE

Art of Ice Cream Experience - Old Town Scottsdale - Demi Bang

Art of Ice Cream Experience

A couple of weeks ago (December 17th to be exact), my then-boyfriend and I went to the Art of Ice Cream Experience. The Art of Ice Cream Experience is a pop-up art exhibit located in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. The exhibit is similar, but not affiliated, to Museum of Ice Cream. Tickets are $25 per person. We didn’t buy tickets beforehand. However, I did call in ahead of time asking if we could buy them in person. There are eight rooms with different themes; like Cup or Cones, Toppings, Popsicle, Banana Split, etc. The exhibit features a bunch of local artists, which for those who know me, I’m all for supporting local businesses.

Experience

Wish I could post the boomerangs I took but for some reason, my hosting server isn’t letting me. Throughout the exhibit, I got a small chocolate covered scoop of ice cream, an Otter Pop, and then a scoop of ice cream from a local shop. In the beginning of the tour, the workers took a photo of you. Then at the end of the tour, you receive two prints of the photo. They’re stickers and you’re supposed to keep one and stick the other one to the wall. My then-boyfriend and I just took both of the photos so we can each keep one.

The exhibit was pretty cute but $25 is pretty pricey… Actually, if I had gone with someone who wasn’t camera shy, then I would have thought the money was well spent. I wish I could have taken more photos at the event. My then-boyfriend didn’t think it was worth the money. If you had the money and time to go, then for sure check it out. The exhibit is here until March 2018!

Eat Enlightened

Let’s talk about yummy snacks with high fiber and protein! I genuinely am obsess with Eat Enlightened. Funny story: (okay, not really funny but…) A couple of weeks ago when I was unboxing the package, my then-boyfriend randomly FaceTimed me. I showed him all the snacks I received since I know he’s always complaining about how I don’t consume enough protein in my eating habit. The moment he saw that they were high in protein and basically healthy, he was like “Wait… I want some!” Y’all, I told him to wait until I finish taking the photos for my blog but he devoured a couple of them! Luckily the ones he ate, there were two of them, so I wasn’t THAT mad. These snacks are so delicious and you can easily tose them into a salad for a crunch or eat them on the go. Definitely check them out!

ELLIE ACTIVEWEAR – DECEMBER

Ellie Activewear - Demi BangPhotos by Valerie Loo

Ellie Activewear

The other week I was going through Instagram and heard about this company Ellie. Let me tell you guys: I am seriously obsessing over this monthly subscription service! Ellie is a monthly subscription service that sends you WORKOUT CLOTHES. Many of you know this but I love working out. I love going to the gym so I’m always on the hunt for cute clothes I can work out in.

Ellie has two subscription plan: $39.95 and $49.95. The first plan includes a top, sports bra, and leggings. The second plan includes those three items as well as two additional accessories. Ellie sent me the $49.95 option and I totally forgot to take pictures of the two accessories I received. If you’re interested in seeing the two accessories, check out my YouTube video.

Ellie Activewear - Demi Bang

Marika Top

I love crop muscle tees when I workout. I actually have a similar top in the same style but it’s all cotton and grey. If you know me in real life, you probably have seen me worn it multiple times. The back of the top is mesh so it’s perfect if you sweat a lot on your back since the fabric allows you to air out your sweat.

Make power moves all December long in our Luxe Crop Tank, featuring a mesh drape back with an opening detail, high neckline, and Dry Wik finish. This top will take you from your high-intensity workouts to Sunday brunch with the girls.

Ellie Activewear - Demi BangEllie Activewear - Demi Bang

Marika Sports Bra

I love the second layer of the mesh, but I personally don’t like the v cut design. This is simply because I am very flat chested and I do not want to draw any attention to my chest area. I usually just stick to plain (very plain) sports bra. My favorite part of the sports bra is the removable cups! I love having these in a sports bra so I don’t have to worry about anything poking through if you know what I mean… Haha, but overall, I do love the sports bra, It’s just my least favorite out of the three.

Our Remi sports bra was designed to stay in place during your toughest workouts. It’s complete with a mesh overlay for more ventilation, crisscross strap details at the back for extra support, and removable cups pads for a customizable fit.

Ellie Activewear - Demi Bang

Marika Leggings

I love color blocking. I’m not a big fan of pattern leggings at all so these leggings were perfect for me. It’s either color blocking or a plain color when it comes to leggings. I love the fit of these and these are squat proof! One thing I did wish these leggings have is pockets. I love pockets because when I’m at the gym, I hate putting my phone on the floor especially if I want to change the music or write down how many sets/reps I’ve done. It’s just more convenient to have pockets in leggings. Also, I love the cut of these leggings; they fall perfectly right at my ankles, which is pretty nice!

With a bold color block design, our Track Ankle legging lends a dynamic style for in and out of the gym. Details include an ankle length inseam, 3” flat waistband, and moisture wicking fabric.

Ellie Activewear - Demi Bang

Two Accessories

This month’s box came with a jump rope from Marika and a hot/cold clay pack from Balance Collection. To be honest, I most likely will not use the jump rope at all but I will definitely be using the clay pack to its full potential. I get really bad cramps during the time of the month so I will for sure be heating the pack up.

Recommend?

I honestly 100% recommend this monthly subscription service to anyone who loves workout apparel. Through this service, you’ll never have to shop for activewear outfits ever again! Although for me personally, I would opt for the $39.95 option instead. I don’t think I will be using the accessories as much. Looking at previous monthly boxes, I’m just not an accessory kind of person. With the subscription service, you have five days to preview what’s going to be in the box. From there, you have the chance to opt out if you don’t like the month’s items. I would like to mention that the package is sent in a beautiful rose gold color. Also, I believe Ellie just sent me another box so I’m so excited for the January edition! Nonetheless, I definitely recommend this service to anyone who loves activewear and I personally would sign up for this service myself as well.

WHY 2018 IS GONNA BE A GOOD YEAR + MY PALM READING EXPERIENCE

2018 - Demi Bang

I am so eager for change. Here’s why 2018 is going to be my year.

Solitude

I am going to be alone. For the past couple of years (basically, since I started dating in 8th grade), it was always relationship after relationship. No more. I am craving for that solitude. I am making a vow to myself that I will not be in a relationship until at least half the year. While I obviously can’t stop things from happening (fate or God or whatever the case you believe), I promise to truly understand the meaning of self-care and self-love before immersing myself into something that could potentially lead to sleepless nights and endless pain.

Self-care and self-love are more than just loving your physical self and spoiling yourself with luxury skincare products. It is being satisfied with who you are and where you are heading towards. I have so much potential, to be honest. I have so many plans for the next couple of months with my blog, school, and career. My plans for the next couple of months include traveling to LA for the whole summer. While my former boyfriends never asked me to put aside my plans, it felt like an obligation. I understand that it was my doing but when I start caring for someone, I can’t help it.

Travel

While it’s nice to travel with someone, it’s hard if they can’t go with you. I have two travel plans for this upcoming year 2018 and I honestly can’t be worried about them seeing someone else while I’m away or missing anyone. I don’t have time to miss people! The first one is to LA. I am planning on doing an internship out in LA during the summer (2018) and hopefully (fingers crossed) I can stay with a relative out there! My second and most exciting plan is a spiritual trip to Portland. I actually was planning on taking this trip last summer (2017) but financial issues came up. At that time, postponing the trip was the most responsible thing I could have done. I want to go out to Portland for a week and enjoy the hike and meet with other creatives in the community.

Career

This section is important because I have so many interests to the point where I don’t know what exactly I want to do with my life. I love math; hence, I am a math major. I want to go into Public Relations; hence I am double majoring in communication. Part of me always wanted to go into the medical field and become a Physician’s Assistant but realistically I don’t like biology or chemistry, and PA programs are so freakin’ EXPENSIVE. I just want to be able to inject botox! I’ve also thought about becoming a Pharmacist (worked in OTC at Walmart for a while and joined ASU Pre-Pharmacy club too). Haha. This is the time for me to dabble in these areas of what I am interested in so I can figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life.

Palm Reading 2018 - Demi Bang

Palm Reading Experience

A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon a Facebook post regarding talking to a medium. While I had no interest in connecting with anyone deceased, the more I read the comments on that post, the more interested I became in seeing a psychic for a reading. I originally didn’t have any reason to go. I didn’t feel lost or felt like I needed guidance. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, my then-boyfriend and I got into a really bad argument and took a break for a while. I was upset and after talking to one of my friends, the topic of palm reading came up. The next day, we went to go get our palms read.

What The Psychic Told Me:
  • I have a long life.
  • I seem happy and satisfied but deep down, I’m not. (Sometimes I’m so good at faking it that I actually believe I’m truly happy and that depression/social anxiety isn’t a thing)
  • Financial issues have been difficult for me to grasp. (This can be said to every college student?)
  • My family is giving me stress. They’re expecting too much from me.
  • The ocean, lake, water is where I find my happiness. (True because if you read my Sedona post here, you would know that I wanted to go somewhere with water)
  • My grandpa is protecting me and guiding me towards the right path. (Maybe? Not really close to my grandpa but he did past away two years ago from this month)
  • My dreams are messages. (Haven’t really had any dreams since the reading except for going to local coffee shops… What can I say? I love coffee shops, haha)
  • I have a psychic power. I’m constantly sensing my surroundings and reading people (Kind of true? Most of the time I can easily read people and it is often times true)
  • I have two upcoming trips that are both positive (I took one to Tucson for Christmas and it was fairly nice except my then-boyfriend and I got into a major fight Christmas night… But I’m excited to see what the other one is?!)
  • February is the start of a new cycle for me and it is going to be positive. Lots of new doors opening! (No plans happening in February except for Miss Vietnam Arizona pageant… Hmm… Who knows?)
  • There’s a lot of jealousy; I have to be careful with my surroundings. (Not exactly sure if this means I’m gonna be jealous of other people or people are gonna be jealous of me?)
  • A class, training (something short term) that I’m doing is going towards the right direction (Is it one of my math classes? My internship? Training for eyelash extension? I’m doing so many short-term things!)
  • There’s abundle of creativity in my future
  • Negative energy overall and my chakra is unbalance
Thoughts

To be honest, I don’t know how much of this palm reading I believe but I do feel like everything she said was pretty accurate for me. I kind of wish I asked questions, such as “Am I going toward the right career path?”, “Am I going to be overall happy with my life?” or “What is my love life looking like?” I was so scared and nervous that I couldn’t think of anything specific to ask. Part of me wants to know so I can feel relieved but the other part doesn’t want to know because sometimes, ignorance is bliss.

I’ve talked to a couple of people about palm reading (mostly my clients at work). A lot of my clients don’t believe in readings. Some of my clients believe that the mind is so powerful and when people put suggestions in your head, you force yourself to make those predictions true. Thus making what the psychic said to be true. I did, however, meet two clients who have gotten their palm read and both had positive (and true) experiences with it.

Would I Get My Palm Read Again?

Hmm. A big part of me says yes, but another part says no. I still don’t know whether or not I believe in palm readings. Check out this blog post I read about how the author got a bad palm reading and it basically ruined her life. Scary, right? I might go maybe once or twice but I would take it with a grain of salt.

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post! Check out my other blog posts!

MY LIP FILLERS EXPERIENCE

Lip Fillers - Skyler Soares - Affiliated Dermatology - Demi Bang

Surprise Surprise! Lip Fillers?!

Guess who got lip fillers? Growing up, I was so fascinated with the Asian beauty standard of having small lips. I actually used to conceal my lips and used a light lipstick on the inner part of my lips, basically creating that gradient look. When the whole Kylie Jenner lips ordeal happened, I slowly fell in love with the look of fuller lips. My lips never bothered me but I never liked how it looked when I wasn’t smiling (keeping a straight face).

What Did My Family/Friends Think?

After talking about getting lip fillers to a couple of people: my friends, mom, and boyfriend. I have gotten mixed feelings from each and every one of them. Some of my friends said to go for it, while others said I look fine and don’t need to do anything done. My mom strongly disapproved. Let me tell you, she was not happy at all. My boyfriend… Well, he didn’t really care to be honest. He kept teasing me and said I should go for that DSL look… Umm, okay…

Also, I’d like to share with you a funny story with my boyfriend’s aunt. Two days after the procedure, I went back to work and I work with one of my boyfriend’s aunt. She asked me, “what did you do?” At first, I was confused and I said: “what do you mean?” Then she replied, “I know you did something. What did you do?” I was still confused and thought there’s no way she knows about my lip fillers, so I asked her “Wait, did my boyfriend tell you?!” and she said “No, he didn’t say anything, but I know you did something. I can see it.” I gave in and told her. Thought it was pretty funny how she figured it out. Haha.

Affiliated Dermatology

I decided to get lip fillers and let me tell you guys: I AM IN LOVE. Actually, the term “in love” doesn’t even do it justice. I am obsessed with my lips. I went to visit Skyler Soares at Affiliated Dermatology. They have five location in the Phoenix area:  Anthem, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Surprise, and Deer Valley. So this is super convenient if you live anywhere in Phoenix. They also offer other services besides injections, like microneedling, chemical peels, CoolScultping, to name a few.

Consultation / Procedure

Before the consultation, Skyler’s assistant applied some numbing cream on me while we waited for Skyler; we left it on for about 45 mins. Skyler said I already have pretty nice lips to start off with and that they were pretty proportional. I showed her a couple of inspiration pics that I was hoping for (this and this). My main focus was for that keyhole look so Skyler suggested that we would put some filler on the sides on the top and then some of it to the bottom to make it proportional. We used 0.7cc of JUVÉDERM® ULTRA XC on my lips. The injection had some numbing cream in it, so my lips didn’t even hurt after the procedure. I could feel the needle going into my lips and I would rate that pain as 3/10. But other than that, it wasn’t bad at all!

Post Procedure

It wasn’t until the day after when I started feeling a bit sore everytime I smiled wide or made a kissy face. I think the day after the procedure was when I looked the most ridiculous and felt like a Bratz doll. My lips felt swollen and a bit dry. I initially thought that they were way too big for me… Might have freaked out a little bit too but by the second day, I was in love. By the third day, my lips felt fine. My lips felt like they were healed, even though the nurse said they won’t be completely healed for 2 weeks.

Conclusion

Overall, I’m seriously in love with my lips. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m just like, “Oh dang. New lips, who dis?” If you ever had a thought of getting lip injections, I highly highly highly recommend going in for a consultation with Skyler AT LEAST. Also, another great thing! Affiliated Dermatology currently has a couple of Groupon deals happening right now. Check out this deal for a syring of Juvederm.
