ARIZONA STATE FAIR

Arizona State Fair - Dreylon Vang - Demi Bang
Photographer: Dreylon Vang

This year was my first year attending the Arizona State Fair. I usually never attend these types of fair due to how overpriced everything is, but because I never shot at a fair before, I decided why not! I went to the fair with two photographers, Dreylon and Alyssa. We decided to go on the last day of the fair, which we ran into a lot of other creatives in the community. We also got cotton candy that was twice the size of my head! (Best $6 ever spent)!

One of my favorite things about the fair is the food! In addition to the massive cotton candy, they had funnel cakes, fried twinkies, oreos, etc. I didn’t bring a lot of money on me, which is a good and bad thing. Good thing: I couldn’t spend any more of my saving. Bad thing: I wanted to eat more food. I also wish we had time to go on the rides but it was fine, especially considering how last minute the shoot was. Nonetheless, hope you guys love these images!

Tattoo: inkbox

I am seriously in love with my tattoo from inkbox. It’s not like your typically temporary tattoo at all. Ink Box is the world’s first two week tattoo so it’s commitment free. On top of that, it’s all natural, organic, and safe for your skin. The tattoo I got was the one that says, “Believe in Yourself“.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who’s unsure of whether or not they would want to commit to a tattoo first. In addition, they offer is freehand ink bottles which are really great for those artistic souls out there who want to create their own drawings.

Makeup Artist: Vanessa Vasquez
Clothing: Rock-N-Ritzy

Recently, I did a shoot for Rock-N-Ritzy swimwear line and I absolutely love these photos! We started call time at 4:30 am, makeup at 5 am and shooting at 7 am. Although call time was super early, overall the shoot was really fun. Everything was over before 9 am and I was looking glamorous for work with my makeup done by Vanessa! Early shoots are my favorite since I feel really productive by the afternoon. Their swimwear collection is so nice and the diamond ring floatie was to die for! I would definitely recommend the one piece swimming suits because they are too cute. We did the shoot at Saguaro Scottsdale Resort and I am honestly so grateful for this opportunity to work with such talented people in this industry.
