Art of Ice Cream Experience
A couple of weeks ago (December 17th to be exact), my boyfriend and I went to the Art of Ice Cream Experience. The Art of Ice Cream Experience is a pop-up art exhibit located in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. The exhibit is similar, but not affiliated, to Museum of Ice Cream. Tickets are $25 per person. We didn’t buy tickets beforehand. However, I did call in ahead of time asking if we could buy them in person. There are eight rooms with different themes; like Cup or Cones, Toppings, Popsicle, Banana Split, etc. The exhibit features a bunch of local artists, which for those who know me, I’m all for supporting local businesses.
Experience
Wish I could post the boomerangs I took but for some reason, my hosting server isn’t letting me. Throughout the exhibit, I got a small chocolate covered scoop of ice cream, a freezer pop, and then a scoop of ice cream from a local shop. In the beginning of the tour, the workers took a photo of you. Then at the end of the tour, you receive two prints of the photo. They’re stickers and you’re supposed to keep one and stick the other one to the wall. My then-boyfriend and I just took both of the photos so we can each keep one.
The exhibit was pretty cute but $25 is pretty pricey… Actually, if I had gone with someone who wasn’t camera shy, then I would have thought the money was well spent. I wish I could have taken more photos at the event. My boyfriend didn’t think it was worth the money. If you had the money and time to go, then for sure check it out. The exhibit is here until March 2018!

These ice cream pop-ups are the absolute coolest! I just wish there was a vegan ice cream pop-up. Seriously though, I’m obsessed with the pictures you took here.
