The Scene

The Scene is a 3,500 square feet pop-up photo experience located in Tempe, Arizona. The place is owned by four Arizona natives that want to bring the pop-up photo experience to Arizona. I had the chance to come to visit the place this weekend. I brought 2 of my little brothers with me but they kept running off when I asked them to take photos of me.

Anyways, they had a lot of rooms and cool features to check out. I went ahead and made up my names for each room/set up. I’m pretty sure they have their own names, but I just can’t recall them off the top of my head. There are also additional things they have that I didn’t take photos of, either.

The Audrey Hepburn

They had this Audrey Hepburn set up in the lobby room that you can sit and take this photo! Very classy.

Floral Flower or Whatever Room

This is one of my favorite rooms. It’s this beautiful room with flower walls and a cute swing! LOVE. Who doesn’t love a floral background and a cute swing?

Lights Lights Lights

Not sure what the exact name of this room, but basically cool lights!

Disco Party!

This room was so much fun! I wish I had taken photos of the floor because it looked like a black hole that you can fall in. If you want to get a better feel, I have an Instagram story highlight that you could see a boomerang video of this. I honestly felt like a rockstar with the discs and headphones, haha. They had headphones that you can play a couple of different options such as disco, hip hop, etc. It’s basically a silent dance party.

Hello Hello – Phone Booth

There were hanging phones from the ceiling! These were so cute, except I kept hitting my head on this. Be cautious! The room was pretty small, I’d say it’s big enough to take a photo but that’s pretty much it.

So Bear-y Cute

How cute are these bears!? SO FLUFFY I COULD DIE. Honestly, I could just lay against this wall forever and ever. Although, since the bears are white, I wonder how long it’ll be until it gets dirty… Hmm.

Bananas For You

Floating bananas! But these aren’t ones where you can pull on them like the phone booth. Also, they’re a bit higher as well, so less likely to hit your head on these.

Candy Room

This room was SWEET. All the candies were sealed shut, so you can’t grab a piece or two. They are literally tempting us.

Pinwheel

You can sit and spin on this circular thing – not sure what to call it exactly, but you can also refer to my Instagram story highlight to see exactly how this operates. It’s pretty colorful and this is one of my favorite rooms.

Rubber Ducks

Okay, this room was so photogenic! I honestly love how these photos turn out. Although, I didn’t get in the bathtub. I just feel like it’s super unsanitary but my brothers loved it.

Neon Slinky

How fun was this room! It was so fun to pull on these neon slinkies! The blacklight was pretty cool as well.

Colored Lights

This last room I photographed in featured colored lights. The lights didn’t show up as vividly as I wanted to in the photos, oh well! You can see more of the boomerangs on my Instagram highlight!

I love this pop-up in Tempe, Arizona!

My apologies for keep plugging in my Instagram to watch the highlights, but I honestly do not know how to incorporate those videos onto my blog post. If anyone has any suggestions for plug-ins or any sort, let me know!

There’s a lot of other cool features at this interactive pop-up in Tempe, Arizona. I just didn’t want to spoil all of it for anyone!
