Spring is such a beautiful time! It’s so crazy to think that a year ago, I was freezing in NYC for spring break. Now, I’m at home enjoying the Arizona sun. One of the things I love about the Spring is being able to wear white! I know many of you would say, forget the rules – wear white all year round, but I do really feel out of place if I do, haha. Another thing I’m looking forward to is spring cleaning. Time to clean out your closet and make room for new clothes!
With everything going on around us, it’s hard for us to stay on track with our health and wellness. Babbleboxx gathered some amazing products for me to show you all. This box’s theme is spring health and wellness – which is perfect. I’m excited to show you these products as I’m sure you would enjoy these just as much as I do.
Eating Healthier with Healthy Choice Power Dressing
Limiting fast food options has been something I’m trying to work on; however, being a college student and juggling two jobs hasn’t really left me much time to learn how to cook. I received the Healthy Choice Power Dressing Creamy Ranch and Greener Goddess. These salad dressings are healthy as they do not have any artificial flavors. On top of that, there are 45 calories or less per serving!
If you’re not a huge salad person, opt for using it as a dipping sauce for pizza. Yes, I’m ‘one of those people’ who like to use ranch on my pizza as my boyfriend likes to call it, haha. There are so many ways you can incorporate these dressings into your food.
Have you heard of open-ear headphones? I know I haven’t! These Aeropex headphones use patented bone conduction technology that allows you to listen without putting headphones in your ear. On top of that, they are also super lightweight and have 8-hour battery life. They are sweat and waterproof – perfect for working out as these are sport headphones.
While this isn’t germane to the product, I am honestly fascinated by this technology. As someone who is prone to getting ear infections, I am terrified of putting things in my ear. I’ve been struggling with both of my ears since the middle of 2017.
Discount: 15% off wireless headphones – expires 5/15/2020
Ignite Your Light Book from Running Press
Staying mindful during this time can be difficult while we’re all stuck inside. This is a perfect time to read more books if that was part of your new year’s resolution. Ignite Your Light: A Sunrise-to-Moonlight Guide to Feeling Joyful, Resilient, and Lit from Within by Jolene Hart is sure to fill you with inspirational words and actionable ways to help with self-care.
The book contains recipes, rituals, and other things you can do this Spring.
Compression Socks from No-Nonsense
These compression socks are definitely no-nonsense, haha, get it? I received the crew socks and the no show socks. The No-Nonsense Feel-Good Sport Socks have measured compression that strengthens active feet – perfect for those who love working out (or just need a pair of compression socks)! These socks also have arch support and can be found at your local Rite Aid. If you don’t live near a Rite Aid, you can opt for their online store!
Suunto 7 Smartwatch
This is perfect for getting in shape or staying active. This smartwatch has the ability to track the sports you’re engaging in with over 70 sport modes. In addition, it can sync your health data to other apps, like Strava & TrainingPeaks.
Suunto 7 Smartwatch is connected through Wear OS by Google. This allows you to access Google calendar and use Google Pay and Google Assistant. I love being able to quickly (and quietly) check my email without seeming rude. While this smartwatch has all the features to check your heart rate and access offline outdoor maps, it can also be useful for everyday use. You can wear it while at the gym, yoga, work, or at home cooking.
LiftActiv Peptide-C Sunscreen from Vichy
You might already know this, but I am meticulous about applying sunscreen every single day. LiftActiv Peptide-C Sunscreen is an anti-aging daily moisturizer with broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection at SPF 30! Another great thing about this product is that it is dermatologist tested with plant-based Phyto peptides, which helps fight signs of collagen loss.
Even if you’re not spending much time outside, this product also contains a paraben-free formula that targets visible signs of collagen loss, wrinkles, dark spots, and dull and uneven skin tone.
Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies from Nature’s Truth
My boyfriend and I are huge fans of vitamin gummies! Our everyday routine consists of taking multivitamins and for me, I also take other vitamins for my eyes. Prior to receiving this product, I had no idea what benefits Apple Cider Vinegar gummies have to offer.
These gummies are so delicious! In addition, they have optimal absorption and are easy to take. The vitamins are free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, and artificial flavoring.
Simply Collagen from Pink Products
These Pink Simply Collagen Beauty to Go Sticks are an unflavored powder that can be mixed into any hot or cold drink! You can bring these individual packets anywhere you go and simply add them to your beverage. Besides being unflavored, these collagen packets are gluten-free and non-GMO. Each serving contains 10g of Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (Type I and III) and 9g of protein.
