I’ve never been much of a purse person, to be honest. Growing up, I thought purses were unnecessary and figured it would be something I’d eventually grow into. Still, to this day, I’d probably prefer backpacks over purses or just nothing at all. Maybe I haven’t found my one true purse yet, but recently, I’ve been into this crossbody bag. I’ve pretty much stuffed it to the max to be honest, lol.

Louis Vuitton Pochette Metis Monogram

I got this crossbody bag in November 2018 and this has been my daily go-to purse. There’s been quite a lot of wear and tear on this bag, I did buy it secondhand (hello, broke college student here). The gold lock has some slight wear to it, so sad. There’s a bit of a cracked glazing issue as well. I heard that these two issues are wildly common in the Louis Vuitton Pochette Metis bags, which is why I’m not too crazy about them having some wear and tear. Nonetheless, I still love this bag and it still continues to be my most worn purse.

There are a lot of compartments in this bag that I really like. In the back, there’s also a small exterior zipper compartment that fits flat things – I will keep receipts or business cards in there. Inside, there are three interior compartments. The front compartment is an okay size, the middle one is the largest one of them all,  and the one closer to the back is the tiniest out of the three. I would say it’s more so of a pocket in my opinion than an actual compartment.
