Espin Bike Assembly
When you receive the bike, the bike comes 95% assembled. You’ll have to finish putting the major pieces together. As long as you read the Owner’s Manual, the assembly is pretty straightforward. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t read the instructions and only watched a YouTube video on how to assemble it. There were small details I couldn’t see in the video so it’s nice to have the Owner’s Manual as a backup.
For example – one piece of the bike turns counter-clockwise, and the other side of the bike turns clockwise. It took way too long for me to finally figure out that missing piece.
To save yourself some trouble, make sure you read the instructions!
Riding an Electric Bike
Riding the Espin Flow Electric Bike is pretty straightforward – you simply turn on the screen monitor and it’ll show you all the metrics of your speed, battery level, pedal assist level (ranges between 1-5) and an odometer. To charge the bike, you remove the 48V battery and plug to charge it. The electric bike can ride up to 20 mph for 30-50 miles.
Overall, the bike is extremely fun to ride and I can definitely see myself riding the bike more often as the weather gets cooler and is not blazing 110 F degrees outside.
