We’re already 1/3 into 2020 Q4 – have you accomplished your 2020 goals yet? 2020 is almost coming to an end, how are you making the most of this year?
Here are some of my goals for the rest of the year.
Spend More Time with Friends
I love friends and I love spending time with them. Before COVID, I was hosting a monthly game night. With everything slowly reopening and rules lifting, I’ve been having a few friends over at a time to play games! Of course, I’m staying compliant and having a limited number of people over.
I’d love to have over more friends the rest of this year to catch up, make new memories, and play games!
Do Things with Intentions
I’m so used to saying ‘yes‘ to everything. I’m such a people person that I feel bad whenever I say no. For the rest of this year, I’ll be more mindful when it comes to doing things that I might not like. I find myself feeling very bitter and upset when I say ‘yes‘ to things I don’t want to do.
Of course, that’s no one else’s fault but myself for not learning how to say ‘no‘!
Sending Thank You Cards
Haha, this might be a silly one but my last goal for the rest of this year is to send more ‘thank you‘ cards! The only problem with mailing ‘thank you‘ cards is asking for someone’s address without ruining the surprise. With most companies working from home, it might feel uncomfortable asking someone for their home address instead of their work address.
Who doesn’t love getting ‘thank you‘ cards in the mail? Especially handwritten ones? Yes, please!

It’s your body – and you should feel comfortable in it! Many women have a tough time balancing their lives, let alone their vaginal health. RepHresh™ Pro-B Vaginal Probiotic Supplement, is a once-daily oral supplement containing the strains of probiotic lactobacillus (L. rhamnosus GR-1 and L. reuteri RC-14) clinically shown to promote vaginal health by balancing yeast and bacteria. Both strains work to help maintain the vaginal flora naturally present in your body for overall vaginal health*. Not all probiotics are the same. Some are used for digestive health and immunity but are not specific to vaginal health. So, it is important to choose a probiotic with strains clinically tested to balance yeast and bacteria, like RepHresh™ Pro-B for vaginal health*.
