Merry Christmas from Us to You!

I can’t believe it’s almost the end of 2020. This year seems so unreal. We decided to spend Christmas in Tucson with my mom and my sister since they were up in Phoenix for Thanksgiving. We also brought Henry to Tucson with us!

Henry got along so well with my sister’s Pomeranians. Dio was very calm around Henry and knew when to give him space. Cheese, on the other hand, was terrified of Henry and would always hide. Overall, it was great seeing how Henry acted around other pets for a few days since we’re planning on adopting another cat companion soon!

Our Holiday Photos

Anyway, I wanted to show you our holiday photos! Great Big Smiles Orthodontics hosted a photoshoot session with Jes from Maewood Photography, so the photos were complimentary. One of the many perks of being a patient at GBSO. I love that the photos don’t scream out “Happy Holidays” or “Merry Christmas“.

Of course, we couldn’t leave Henry out of the photoshoot. We were able to get several good shots of Henry. These photos are simply precious and I love them.

First Year Sending Holiday Cards

This was our first year sending holiday cards together. I’ve always wanted to send holiday cards but it was never a tradition in my family. As for Tyler, his family never sent out holiday cards either. I’m really excited to start this tradition and hope to send more holiday cards in the future.

I did not realize how much time and effort was spent finding addresses, sorting envelopes, and mailing cards. I’m definitely more appreciative of all the holiday cards I’ve received.

This year, I sent out two different holiday cards – one for family and friends and one for business contacts. The business-related card was a photo of myself holding a holiday-themed mug with Henry. I created two designs because I wasn’t sure if it was too personal sending a photo of Tyler and me. Seeing how much I share about my personal life, I think it’s fine if I share a photo of us next year!
